What is tumbe.media?

tumbe.media is open source DIY video on demand platform. You can watch and request movies. In our front-end we use the Media Servers Jellyfin and Plex. The back-end of the system is based on multiple technologies like – proxmox, truenas, ubuntu, nginx, apache, cloudflare and more. To build our movie and subs collection we use a pack of automation tools. We do also GPU transcoding for client devices which can’t do direct play.

How big is our library?

We are roughly at 4000+ movies and 2000+ series. We keep only 1080p content. 90% of the movies and series have Bulgarian subtitles and 99% have English subtitles. Everyday we add new content and our goal is to at least double the current amount.
